PC security is the biggest concern for almost everybody. Lax security can lead to ID theft, malicious worms and viruses, and information theft among other harmful e-disasters. In order to improve security, especially in settings like PC labs and libraries where the people has access to PCs, administrators should set MS Explorer 7 settings to clear provisional internet files every time the browser is closed.
• Through the Internet Explorer 7 toolbar, click on the Tools, go to Internet button.
• Click on the Advanced button.
• Under the Settings, move down to the Security.
• Underneath the Security, check the vacant Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
• Click on the OK to save changes. While finishing the Internet Explorer, the cache, cookies, as well as all temporary internet files will be removed eternally.
