DO THIS: Go to CONTROL PANEL, dropped in and REMOVE PROGRAMS, decreasing SCROLL BAR TO GET ON MSN.

Click Remove, APPEAR AFTER AN OPTION TO REPAIR, THEN CLICK TO REPAIR. AND ONLY AFTER MAKING LOGIN going into ....

Another tip is to check your hours, if it is correct, it is also interesting that you synchronize with any NTP server, search in Google the site of the National Observatory, and then there on their website has public service hours, shows the server IP you have to synchronize.

This may resolve, as happened to me.

"cmd" Make another test well, go Start> Run> type "cmd"

will show a black screen DOS, type "ipconfig" and see what IP configured on your machine, whether it is valid or invalid.

If the first option does not work, post the respota second I see how to help.

    Good luck.

Sure, you have an invalid IP, it means you are behind a Modem Router.

Then your problem may be blocked ports or firewall router.

    Visit the site
    Code:
and post the IP address which will appear so I can test for you.

Friend, your msn may have been H4k3AD0.

This is not a recurring problem with his ID, advice when you can place it, make a backup of your contacts, export them to any one file, create a new ID and import the contacts again.

I hope I have helped you, anything put.

Creates the new msn, go to File and then import contacts.
Search the file that you exported and import them.
Magically, all your contacts will receive a new invitation of its new MSN.

    It's very simple.

You can try the MSN Backup, the link:

    Code:
    http://www.lerparaver.com/node/1212
But there's one detail, if your e-mail at funcionando normal, check your modem friend, he may be blocking you.

It may be, have you tried to completely remove
Windows Live Messenger and do the installation again,
without changing the folders Program standards??

It may be that the Windows Firewall so that blocking msn.
Do the following Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall -> (tab) Exceptions and see if it has Windows Live Messenger Windows Live Call, and if you check that box before the name is checked if not check them active, ok if everything is open msn and go on the Tools tab -> options in the next window that opens in va connection it automatically will get the msn can connect to the server, if it fails to connect review your settings: TCP / IP to see if something's not wrong to try and get on the same page va in advanced settings in TCP and press Test. see if that solves.
