There is no Linksys software Mac. Mac already has all that you need to connect to wireless router. Program CD that accompanied router for Windows PCs that need other software. You can handle settings of router by browser to entrée its "Control Panel." This permits selecting router's name and safety settings without want for program software.

Instructions

 ·Connect Linksys router to modem with Ethernet cables.

 ·Wait router to begin transmitting signal then attach pc to router with other Ethernet cable.

 ·Open "System Preferences" from dock, and then select "Network."

 ·Choose “Manual" configuration, then enter following connection in order
IP Address: 192.168.1.5
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Router: 192.168.1.1
Click go for to join to router.

 ·Unlock browser and go into address "192.168.1.1" and press enter. Use password "admin" to open router's control panel.

 ·Enter ISP information for each computer want to connect to router.

 ·Adapt name of router after that keep settings.

 ·Twist AirPort on. In a few seconds, it will automatically connect to router's wireless signal.
