Some manufacturers have got new designs out for routers, especially the ones meant for residential purposes. They come with a small display that shows current connections being made by each user to the Internet.

There are even con¬trols and other unrelated features such as a clock display. Such routers aren't just functional, but they also double up as accessories. Traffic monitoring can also be done through the Web interface of such routers.
