Thread: Internet Access take out from Laptop

I’d like to provide a notebook to my child, but would
like to ensure he cannot access the
internet from it. I realize I might password
protect the network, but this won’t prevent him
from between to open networks. Can I
disable the wireless network adapter and set a
password on it?

Eliminate any network cables or detachable wireless cards to stop the PC from accessing any obtainable networks.
If you have fitted wireless access, press on the "Start" button and choose "Control Panel." Press on "Network and Internet." Choose the "Network and Sharing" alternative.
Separate from any available networks. Log off "Network Discovery" to avoid the notebook from notice available wireless connections.
Press on "Manage Network Connections" on the left of the monitor. Choose any networks that are show and click "Disable This Network Device."
Press on "Manage Wireless Connections" on the left side of the monitor. Choose the available networks and press to eliminate them. This eliminate the connection from your PC.
