Thread: Modem is Not Detected

My windows XP Pro is not detecting the modem it was working well prior to upgrading my OS from window XP home edition to pro can anybody help

My advice is to go to device manager take note accurate model number of your LAN card adapter go to a PC that has internet access search for driver of the exact model number of your LAN card download it save it on a thumb or USB flash drive then install it on your laptop expectantly that would work.
