Thread: Directive router sensitiveness.

Hi guys,
Anyone copulate of any saintly leading router antennas. Our router is in the carrefour of the house and we recede half the signalise out of the pane with our omni-directional one.Also, does anyone screw whether the communication would soothe contact the attic (2 floors above the router), or is communicate content controlled vertically too?Router is a Linksys WRT54GC

The communication radiates superficial in a cyclical simulate, like a washing goal ..sort of.Depends on where your USB adapter is as source, you can process it by plugging it into the end of many usb television, and amend it up equivalent an antenna.May not aid in ur casing tho.

Comfortably understandably that's not an alternative..otherwise I'd do it?But cheers for the message anyway, I'll conduct a await at any directional antennas

NP, & why isn't it an alternative?You could still hang Cat 6 wire out the top window if u desired to.

Because I require it for 4 asunder computers, one on the self floor, two upstairs and one in the garret (2 floors upstair)... all are in foremost of the modem but at contrasting angles, the omni-directional seemed to reach them ok but not with brilliant signal.

See up rounded reflectors , Pass one out of a pie base and trial it on the routers omni. Makes it a directional.Also the duplicate technique could be victimised for the USB and different adapters.
