A neighbor relationship is required for OSPF routers share routing data. A router will test out to become adjacent (contiguous) with at least one other router'un IP network to which it is connected. Few routers are trying to arrive adjacent to each conterminous router.

Entire this is determined by the kind of network they are connected. When an contiguousness is formed among 2 neighbors, the link-state data is then exchanged.

A more-access network, many routers can be connected. If each router must based a full contiguousness (Adjacency Full) with entire other routers and exchange data related to state of each neighbor, the machines could be subject to surcharges.

I make a little meshwork beneath Packet Tracer 4.1 and I applied ospf. ab initio, 3 routers, entire connected with the similar variety of connection, so in fact no concern of a routing algorithm. I pigne among PC1 and PC3, the packet goes straight from R2 to R5.
