As slow plates are in it but Guess Whose writing was supposed to be still higher than long right, 20MB / s but, 160 Mbit / s not bad sounds like first or do you mean 20 Mbit / s?
Hello, I've now copied once linux on myHTPC, which is connected via a direct connection to the Windows 7 PC,i noticed that the incoming and outgoing data rates vary widely, first I thought is on Linux but on Windows it is true, HTPC Copy ->PC 60 MB / s, reversed only about 24 Windows and 18-20 Linux. normalBad / wrong cable?

Windows 7 shows me MB / s at thetransfer rate, are they now mbyte or mbit is the unit but in bothdirections equally.
MB / s is usually megabytes / sec, Do you have gigabit LAN lie if not, are there but probably only Mbit / s .
Both LAN ports are GB-LAN, so thecable, a router is not plugged in between, i once measured andcalculated, a 10GB file a file runs from the PC to HTPC 3:25, ieabout 50 MB / s The other way around 10:21 or about the same file 16MB / s, are these normal values the writing speed of the hard disksshould be much higher, right?
It depends how much else is on the IO system What is running on the HTPC at all in the services / processes the background with the perfmon can see the nice.
