It is designed as an affordable alternative to Microsoft Project and it covers project management - areas from WBS construction, project planning and scheduling to critical path management, progress tracking, cost estimation, etc. Also provided is Gantt chart support and various time line reports.



RationalPlan provides a clean way to break down your project and build schedules. A step-by-step project guide walks you through the project management process so you can lay down a plan immediately. It also offers capability of "what if" scenarios, through multiple undo/redo levels (for making changes and safely returning to a point before these changes). The DVD's main page has a 'RationaIPlan' banner on the top-righthand side. When you click its Install button, a folder opens where you can find this program's installers for both, Windows and Mac operating systems. Click the EXE installer to install on Windows. After installation when the application runs for the first time, a dialog box asks you for the license file. Click Browse, and go to the folder that was opened earlier, and choose 'serial.bin' to apply the license and unlock this full product.
