Thread: want to remove corrupted software file

I download antivirus software from the software free downloaded site. That software was trial version. Now the trial period is ended and software corrupted. I am trying to remove that file but it not removing. Because of that corrupted file my showing virus infection and the pc automatically switch of.

Now what can I do to solve this problem?

You try the control panel. Go there and directly remove the corrupted software.

Click on the “start” Then click on the Setting. There you can see the first is control panel. Click on the control panel. After that one window open on your screen.



If you correctly see there is one option “Add or Remove…”

Click on the “Add or Remov…” button once again one window appear. Just quietly search your downloaded software in windows file. When you found on right side there is button “Remove” Click on that and the software automatically get remove.
