Thread: Software Crash during Video Import

Hi

I have an Adobe premier for a couple weeks ago, until today I am trying to import one video file into the project. The first one goes fine and then I put the second video file. The program crashes. I have also tried with the windows movie maker with the exact same effect.

How to sort out this mess? Please help me?

I think that apparently Premier doesn’t like MPEG files, so it just it need to be convert them.
