    Default Installation in Progress

    Hi

    I am having error when I try to install the software. An error pops up that an installation is already in progress you either cancel or complete before I can start the new one. How can I find out the problem and how to fix it? Please help me?

    What program you are exactly using is it installation or the upgrade?
    Try restarting your computer and seeing what happens.
