Hi

I am using windows XP and service pack 3 and have using AVG, I should run a scheduled scan every night, I some how still ended up with an infected computer. I tried to remove the AVG so I could try something else but it won't let me I get an error message Action failed for registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\W indows:creating registry key
Error0x88007005.

How should I solve this problem? Please help me?
