Thread: Anti-virus/spyware

Hi

I just have a few question regarding Anti-virus programs. I am currently using AVG 8.0. My question is, being that this is a free program; does it do as good a job as one that can be purchased? Secondy, I am running several spyware programs......AD-aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, Spyware Blaster, and Super Anti-Spyware. Is there such thing as overkill when it comes to Spyware Programs?

It is always good to buy an Anti-virus program then the free Anti-virus is not much effective.
