I write my CD on normal speed that’s 16x idk. And click on the “burn”. While writing, the CD comes out and stops the procedure. I am currently using Nero Dvd Burner software. Just updated new version. I don’t know what the exact problem is. Is I need new Dvd burner?

Please tell now what can I do?
