You receive too many mails and have too little time to remember to reply to them. But surely they are important to you and a reply is a must. In such cases it's simpler if you put reminders to reply to mails. Depending on the urgency to respond to them you can set timelines, dates and flag your mails to ensure that you never forget to reply to any. To do so:

* Right-click the message you want to set the reminder for,

* Click on "Follow Up I Add Reminder".

* In the "Start date" and "Due date" field, click the date when you have to complete the reply. a In the "Reminder" field, click on a time and date. a In the "Flag To:" field, assign the task you want to flag from the drop¬down menu.
a Click "OK".
