Thread: Customize the Search feature

Is your search feature in Outlook not giving you accurate results? Don't blame Outlook, instead customise it the way you want. The search feature
in Outlook may be restricted by default, and it may leavE out some folders while it is processing its search.

To unleash this search feature and use it for optimum results just follow a few steps:
* Go to "Tools I Options".

* Click on the "Preferences" tab. a Under the "Search" field, click on the button "Search Options"

* In the following window under the field "Instant Search Pane", check the option "All folders".

* Under the field "Deleted Items", check the option "Include messages form the Deleted Items Folder in each data file when searching in All Items". a Click "OK".
