Thread: Arange Outlook Interface

Outlook 2007 has a useful To-Do-Bar that easily contracts into a sleek bar giving the interface a neater look. The view pane displays the monthly calendar, previously found in the Date Navigation Pane of the Outlook calendar. But now you can change the number of calendar months and appointments displayed. To arrange this view pane more usefully:

* Go to "View I To-Do-Bar I Options" a Change the Date Navigator setting by typing number in the "Number of month rows" field.

* In the "Number of appointments" field, type the required number.

* Click "OK".
