The programme has the ability to attach created files directly to emails. Follow the creation process as you normally would. When the save window appears, asking you to enter certain details about the file, click on the eMail button. You will be prompted to save the file, and you will have to specify a location. This is necessary for the programme to be able to attach the file. Once this is done, your default email programme will be launched, and the file will be already attached.
