This suite includes firewall, antivirus, and antispyware protection and also offers a spam filter. Certainly the 24/7 tech support is great, and 5GB of online backup is a nice extra. The firewall, though, is flimsy, the antispyware can't always remove what it finds, and the spam filter tosses good mail. You'll find better options among the other products reviewed here.
