Thread: Not able to change picture formats

I want to convert image of Bmp format to Jpg format. I download the converter software but it is not working. It gives some error. If you are having any suggestions then reply me. It can helpful to me. Thank you.

I think your software is corrupted. Try downloading Irfanview viewer. Through this you can view the image files and also convert them to the preferred file format you would like. This is good software for converting image. Also your system is infected by virus that’s why it will not perform any task.
