    Default Add Files to Library doesn’t work in iTunes

    I installed Windows 7 and I Tunes application on my PC. But I am unable to import files. I am able to see songs in iTune library but when I perform add files to library nothing happens. So please help me to solve this problem.

    Occasionally itunes application not reacts as antivirus program running in background. So stop all processes running in background related with Norton security and then import all music files. This will solve your problem.
