Thread: Uninstalling limewire from PC

I installed LimeWire software on my PC and I got two songs and then I try to remove files and songs, but unable to remove them, it shows files are opened by other program. I have songs in iTunes but I stop sharing of it and now problem is it won't allow me to delete all unwanted data. My PC has Vista, please help me to remove limewire.

To delete this software open control panel and then open installed programs list and find LimeWire. Then uninstall it. Then reboot PC.

For this open Windows Task Manager and open processes tab. Then search limewire, and open it and click End Process. Then uninstall it form control panel and also delete its files from the C: drive.
