Thread: Computer system crashes

I am having the desktop computer system which has the Windows vista operating system. Recently I bought a sound blaster sound card. I booted up my PC and it did the usual thing. Then vista tried to automatically install the software for sound. After some time I got the 'blue screen of death' where it said it had to shut down my PC. Now every time it boots up, it loads my user, I type my password and it starts booting up windows then the same thing occurs...a sort of blue screen of death come outs. If you are having any suggestions then reply me. It can helpful to me.

Try to see if you have a virus, or run this free scanner, it helped me with lots of problems on my computer.
