Thread: How to install 3rd party software using Desktop Manger

Last night I accidentally deleted yahoo messenger, I want to reinstall them again. But the problem is that the Desktop Manager and APP loader would not permit me to see the device application. Please let me know if there is any inbuilt method to overcome the issue.

Use the steps which are listed below:

• Download and install the newly firmware in your computer.

• If you are working with the firmware from another carrier go into c:\Program
Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\Apploader and remove the vendor.xml file.

• Browse up the Desktop Manager >> choose Application Loader >> choose Update >> on the update screen choose Options.
