I Lost Windows voyager

Windows Explorer usually exist in in the Start > Programs > Accessories folder. If you've detached it or deleted it, you can return it by pressing Start, right-click on Programs and select "Explore All Users" in the context menu.

A Windows Explorer window will open. In the Folders pane on the left, press Accessories or either folder to which you wish to add the shortcut below the Programs folder.

In the right hand (file listing) pane, right press and select New > Shortcut. A window will open where you can browse to "C:\Windows\" press on Windows Explorer in the list and press ok
