Thread: No webcam key on msn courier now!

I have webcam. I’m trying to use my webcam on msn courier. There is no option of webcam. But only one small menu is there when I compress the webcam icon which gave an option of viewing webcam or record chat. When I press the button it goes directly to video chat all the time. Please help me to get rid of this problem. Thanks in Advance.

Install the standalone package of msn messenger 8.5 before installing it automatically through the installer package. To avoid it to upgrade to its latest version follow the given steps:

• Go to Start >> Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs >> Choose "Windows Live Beta.

• Click "Change/Remove".

• Mark "Install/Uninstall". Continue

• unmark all others next to "Windows Live Messenger"

Try to use previous version messenger. In latest version of messenger there are some problems on webcam.

You just need to follow these simple steps for doing this.

• Search the location and open the file as C:\Program Files\SetPoint

• Right click on "SetPoint.exe" and select "Properties"

• Click on Compatibility tab and "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and choose Windows XP

• Click OK.
