Thread: Runtime inaccuracy on Spyware Doctor

From last 2-3 days I get an error message that shows when I boot my PC. It shows some runtime error message “Application pctsTray.exe could not be completed because the file PCToolsComponents.blp found”. I think there is issue in my Spyware Doctor application. I am not sure. I had tried to uninstall the same but unable to uninstall it. Is there any solution on this? Please suggest some solution.

Try to uninstall the software and after that reinstall once again. You can uninstall the same from safe mode.

To fix this problem Stop the service.

• First click on Start > Run and then type msconfig hit enter.

• If the service is not entirely stopped then you cannot uninstall the same.

• Then remove the same.
