Thread: Can’t eliminate Quicktime

I have a computer which has Windows XP operating system. I want to install QT on computer but in my computer already QT is installed. Although, when I go to uninstall QT from "Add or Remove Programs", it shows error as following file doesn’t exist. Is there any solution on this? Please suggest some solution.

Follow these simple steps to remove Quicktime:

• Go to C:\Program Files, then remove entire QuickTime folder.

• Click Start menu, Find/Search, All Files and Folders,

• Select C: drive and type QuickTime in box, then click Find/Search.

• When you get list of files, right-click on it and remove all file that is related with QuickTime.

Thanks giving me solution. I try the above solution but I am not able to remove Quicktime. Please give me another solution.

• Go to Start>>Run>> type REGEDIT >> click OK

• Browse the following HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

• In Software sub-menu, right click on Apple PC entry

• After that click remove with Yes option.
