Thread: File in apply, cannot keep in an InDesign CS4

I am using a computer system installed with Macintosh and I installed an Adobe InDesign CS4. When I run the software it will give error message that "File in use, cannot save file". If you are having any solution for that, then please provide that solution to me. I will be thankful to you.

I think Adobe InDesign not installed properly on your computer. Also check the incompatibility with the Mac PCs then this issue should be there also.
