Thread: Unable to release drives

I am not able to open my hard disk drives C, D; E…it gives the message "Cannot find the script file ProtectFile.vbs" .All my office related files are in those drives. I am not able to fix that, if you are having any idea for that, and then please give me details about it. Thank you in advance.

• go start >> run>>type " regedit" that is registry then find " ctrl+f"

• In this box type "mountpoints2" and delete it

• after that again press "ctrl+f" again find mountpoints2 until all these files are not deleted

• You will notice your problem is resolved................

Press windows key + R it will open run in that type msconfig then choose Startup Delete the related Entry which have link to "SecureGuard.vbs"
