Default Error opportunity .msg files in attitude 2003

There is an error in my outlook 2003. i am trying to open my saved .msg files .when I try to open this file gives me the message "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem continues, restart Outlook". If Outlook is closed, I am receiving following message "Unable to start Outlook." If you have any solution then share with me.

You just need to follow these simple steps for doing this.

    • Locate the folder

    • The folder location is stored in the registry in the following key:

    Outlook 97 HKEY_present_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Ou tlook\Security
    Outlook 98 HKEY_present_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.5\Ou tlook\Security
    Outlook 2000 HKEY_present_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Ou tlook\Security
    Outlook 2002/XP HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\O utlook\Security
    Outlook 2003 HKEY_present_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Security
    Outlook 2007 HKEY_present_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\O utlook\Security

    • Get to the folder

    • Open the OutlookSecureTempFolder registry key from the spot provide in Step 1.

    • Copy the path from the key.

    • Open Explorer

    • Paste the address in the Address Bar and hit Enter

    Here is a simple solution:-

    • Go to Tools menu, click Options.

    • On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.

    • In the Advanced Options window, click Custom Forms.

    • In the Custom Forms window, click Manage Forms.

    • In the Forms Manager window, remove all of the forms from the Personal Forms list.

    • Click Clear Cache in the Forms Manager window.

    • Click Close.
