always pop virtaul Memory
it would be my problem?
What should I do to my PC?

I am a identical good answer to this trouble. Upgrade your RAM. Purchase another 256 to make the 512th Or purchase a one key RAM with bigger memory capacity. Or avoid working too much application program at the similar time to save on memory.
