Thread: To allow the next program from unknown publisher to make alters to this computer

Hello, I have got a query. I reset up Windows 7 and now when i require to start a program user a/c control asks : do you require to permit the next program from unknown publishing firm to make alters to this machine? What should i do. If i click on Yes, what will occur. Or i shouldn't do that?Please,assist. Thank you
