I will like to inform you that Titanium backup will back up your system settings and the applications that you require minus any matter and after that when you will wipe your Ext2/3/4 division it will clean out the information but then it won’t delete the fat 32 division, you all applications and other stuffs will be preserved at the fat 32 partition so you won’t lose them until you erase the fat 32 partition itself, so I guess that you won’t have to worry about the similar, if you yet have a doubt then you can take a back up of it on a external hdd as also .
