Before I recommend you something about the same I just desired you to publish the program log so I can just go through the same and discover out if anything is dubious for the problem you are experiencing, just add the log in a note pad data declare further help.

I will recommend you to better examine out the newest firmware available for your program at the firmwarehq website. Just examine out the same and see if it is assisting other than this creates sure that you are trying out all the available connections as well just to examine if they are assisting. Other than this I also desired to know that which is the operator that you have connected to you drive??? I have gone through the log and I have discovered that there are 'Potential Fake Car owner Mistake Detected!' and it seems that they are common system/controller/driver problem. Anyways just examine out firmware from the firmwarehq website and see if the problem is getting over.

I will suggest you to right click on the drive choice drop down box and later that take the 'Family Tree and then just shut down the prompt which will arrive up and later that just copy the family tree information from the log window and then post it here for more assist.
