Directx 11 is not friendly with graphics card

After installation of windows 7 graphics card is giving me problem. I think my graphics card is not friendly with windows 7 but when I reinstall older version (Direct X 9.0C) it shows error message "An Internal system error has occurred Please refer to DxError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine the problem." So how can I get rid of this error message?

1) Try this in XP compatibility it must work, or else just grab windows 7 compatible drivers for graphics card, this must solve problem. Or download Windows 7 driver for graphics card.
