There is Sapphire HD 5770 graphic card connected to my PC which has Windows 7 installed in it. PC crashes often and restarts. I think this is due to graphic card. So help me to solve this graphic card problem. Any help will be appreciated.

I think graphic card is not correctly connected to PC. So remove it and again connect to PC. This will solve your problem. If the problem persists then graphics card may be damaged.

First install the suitable driver for your graphics card from the official website. Then install it on PC and restart PC. This will surely solve your problem. Ensure that these drivers are suitable with Windows 7 also.
