What makes this video card is that the manufacturer does not use the normal, flat Fans -/heat sink combination, as proposed by the reference design. Instead, a two slot cooler called broad sheets Vortexx Neo from Akasa is used. This solution according to the manufacturer a higher cooling power, which can speed up the card. This is the second measure of the manufacturer, the graphics chip has been overclocked, and our model has worked with 680 instead of 625 MHz.

Neither the fans nor the over clocking had a noticeable effect on performance in practice tests. Since the card in the 1600 resolution did not provide consistently smooth values, we had to give with 1280 x 1024 pixels satisfied. The fan is not too different from the model laid down by the graphics card, but directly connected via a 4-3-pin molex adapter to the PC power supply. This keeps the temperature controlled speed control of the graphics card idle, the fan is always running the same speed. He was fairly loud and listen even when the PC is closed. And normally, the air is not moving from the PC. To do so would first remove a second bracket directly next to the card attachment, so the fan blows the hot air at least once in the direction of the opening.
