It it work but just for games on both vcards+monitors modifies working over running on vcard.

It all depends upon model cards you have then you can get the ATI as your main card and arrange the Nvidia as a dedicated physx card.

ATI HD 4870 and Nvidia GTX 480 is the best option for the cards.
