Default Misfortunate graphics after upgrading to Ubuntu 11.04.

I bought a laptop last month. The operating system is installed in the Ubuntu 10.10. I immediately attributed OS Ubuntu 11.04. But after formal graduation, I met a strange problem. At 10.10, I had no problem when I was using the desktop effects with Compiz. But after setting the gradient, I am unable to use desktop effects even the most basic. The only way is to use Ubuntu to work in Classic mode with any effect. If I connect to the state, Ubuntu or Ubuntu classic effects and then the screen starts flashing and it does not allow me to see the menu.

The question you have posted is very interesting. There may be several reasons for this. It is very difficult to find the exact cause. I am not aware of these problems. I have Windows XP in my system and I have not encountered these issues before. I will not be able to give you my proposal to solve the problem. The reason for this is that no one has discussed this problem before with me. So this is the first time I came to know of such matters.

When I read your message I came to know of the problem. This problem may be due to some internal errors of the laptop. I think that these errors occurred after that will be assigned to the latest version. This problem may be due to some problems with video drivers. To overcome this problem I suggest you install the display driver again. Ubuntu is the drive that you must install the 3D driver. Try this setup and let me know the consequences.

Thank you all for the answers you gave me to overcome my problem. I installed the graphics driver you specified, but the problem remained the same as it was before. Yet I was not able to use desktop effects. I use an Intel onboard video output, and the pilot because it is already included in the kernel. I think the problem is due to limited video capabilities of the hardware on your computer, but the thing that is confusing me is that I was able to use all the effects before the upgrade. If you know of another solution please let me know.

What you are facing is complex. Only a professional who has a perfect knowledge of the Ubuntu operating system can easily overcome the problem. I'm not very good with graphics, Compiz or advanced. I run Icewn, Fluxbox, and E17 desktop. There is no need to address these problems before. For me to overcome this problem you must delete the old units of gear. After removing the unit I think you're a graphic face things again. Try this and let me know the result.

I am very grateful for all the suggestions you gave me to solve my problem. I removed the specified drive, but nothing worked out. Graphic problem was still there. I also discussed this matter with my colleagues, but have no knowledge. I tried a lot to solve this problem, but did not. If you get the exact solution from any source to tell me about it. I am going to try to win even if I can.
