    Default Services.exe 99% on cpu

I have freshly installed a 2000pro on a new hard drive. I have to reboot it after making use of 3 or 4 programs because I'm specified that there is an error of "out of memory". But as soon as I start rebooting the whole thing is been fine. In the task manager services.exe which is using 99% of cpu in the computer. There is also a second services.exe which makes use of 0%.
Does anyone have idea about it?!?

    Thanks Again for Everyone's support

I do have comparable problem with my DELL latitude C610 Laptop. From time to time I’m able to services.exe which uses 99% of the CPU. I have also installed symantec antivirus cooperate edition 10.1.5.5000 in laptop. Will be grateful for if I’m also able to sort this problem.
