With a glossy white exterior and silver stand, the Benq M2400HD is a refreshing break from the monotony of all-black monitors flooding the market. Design is simple, nothing extravagant-the buttons for tweaking display settings are neat .It has a TN panel providing a 16:9 aspect ratio capable of displaying a maximum screen resolution of 1920xl080 pixels. It comes with VGA, DVI, and HDMI ports for video input. Not only that, it has a host of extras built in. With three USB ports, a webcam, onboard speakers, and an audio jack thrown into the mix, there's no doubt the M2400HD is a feature-rich monitor. Throughout our Display-Mate benchmark tests, the monitor had below average brightness and contrast levels. However, it did a veryly tucked away on the panel's right edge. good job of color reproduction. The monitor suffers from minimal backlight bleed, but nothing profound to spoil the party. Whether it's watching movies or gaming, the M2400HD has no screen ghosting or lag to write about. The onboard speakers are also pretty good.
