Default Visiontek 4870x2 noise while under load. Help?

At foremost I was tiresome to figure out some information about a high inclined sound when this card is under any type of load. It's a cross among a whine as well as a humming noise kind a like if somewhat is friction against a fan Which seems to be usual for high end cards for the most part?

I'm not anxious about it as much as I'm starting to have one more problem with my graphic card (I feel) after playing COD4 for about 15-20mins I get a continuous beep coming from the system. Something 100% dissimilar from this humming. It’s very tough to identify the source but I think it’s the video card because the second I tab out to windows it stops. While this is going on I have no performance issues. The system seems to be functioning very well?

This is very annoying. I am demanding to call Visiontek about this but I'm still in the making for a reply from them. I'm going to press on for an RMA as well as somewhat honestly I hope it's the card. I actually don't want something else to go incorrect with my new build.
Someone have any ideas of what’s going on?

Looks like faulty fan. Beep is an error code, in this case, most likely from overheating. And RMA it.

The beep code is coming from the Motherboard or else from the graphic card?

If the noise you're listening to sound of a jet turbine engine. It should be normal. Or else, try downloading software like RivaTuner as well as then by means of that program, set your video card fan to 100%. Then lesser it to 50%, if the fan sound has been really reduced, I think it is usual.

PS. I think the continuous beeping is not from your graphic card but from your motherboard, I think it's overheating, to confirm download one of the system temperature monitoring tools as well as see it directly after ALT+Tabbing out of the game. If it's 60 degrees Celsius it could be causing the beeping sound. Which is your CPU warning?

The trouble refers to the power supply. As you whispered the noise comes when you play game then your PSU goes below pressure. I think your power has for 12v lines with their ampere are not sufficient for your graphic card. Undertake to you make use of latest versions of power supply with superior ampere capacity that make use of two 12v lines. The sounds comes from PFC core in your power supply that tremble all through game to offer sufficient volt ampere for your graphic card, as well as your VGA takes more ampere, the PFC goes below pressure as well as create noise.

Luckily. It doesn’t make any alteration in fix voltage of your system. You can send your PSU to the corporation as well as modify a new version if they support.
