LG today introduces in Japan the innovative 27-inch M2794S Full HD LCD monitor. These widescreen display features 1920×1080p Full HD resolution, with 20,000:1 contrast ratio, 400cd/m2 vividness, and along with 2ms response time in addition to 160/170-degree screening angle. It has integrated 2×5W speakers with SRS TruSurround XT.

The LG M2794S encloses two HDMI, DVI-D as well as D-sub inputs.

Acer have taken the wraps off their latest Full HD widescreen LCD display, the 23″ 16:9 aspect ratio Acer H235H, which, as you’d expect, Acer are promoting as being the ideal display for viewing HD media and ‘other digital content’ which, we assume, encapsulates HD gaming (thanks in no small part to the Acer H235H’s not too shabby 2ms response time).
