Thread: Blue screen appears

My system affected due to viruses. I cleaned the HDD and installed windows 7. But when I boot the system the blue screen of death has already popped up. What possible hardware problem could cause this to happen and how can I go about fixing it? Any help would be appreciated .Thanks in advanced.

Try running an Ubuntu Live CD for a while and see if you get any strange crashes. If you do not, then you perhaps do not have faulty hardware.

There are the following reason:
You have enabled the Automatically restart option in the System properties.
The Windows paging file is less in size than the memory that is installed in the computer.
There is a STOP error that is causing the system to stop.

do you install any new hardware's drive. when starting computer, press F8 & select "last configuration that works"
