Default Graphics problem in Far Cry

I installed Far Cry on Sony Vaio laptop and it has Vista and Nvidia graphic card installed in it. But problem is when game starts Graphics of game mixed up. All on screen is either blue or white and so I can’t make out where I am. I think configuration of laptop is good to run game and so why this graphic problem happens. Please help me to solve this problem.

Many games are not supported by Vista. Vista has compatibility problems with PC games because of which games do not work appropriately. Check the game is supported by Vista or not. If game is not supported then you can’t run game on system.

Graphic card requires to be configured appropriately to run game. Nvidia graphic cards are already configured to run high end graphics editing software’s. These settings of graphic card occasionally generate problems in running game. To configure graphic card for game, go to graphic properties and click Manage 3D settings. Choose Triple Buffering and allow Force off. Choose Anistropic filtering and allow Force off. Choose Vertical Sync and enable Force off. Now save and apply settings. This may solve your problem.
