Thread: Screen workings turn into black

My screen works for about 5 seconds then goes black, green lights motionless on and it stays black waiting I turn my monitor off then back on once more. Then it stays on for another 5 seconds and it keeps repeating itself.

You go to "power schemes" and make sure "turn off monitor" is set to "never".
