There is little clear inadequacy. As it's been making to a value, the base looks like a comedy plastic cowpat and the stand above is merely able of tilt adjustment.

While no one faces their monitor and swindle endlessly with its place, it is a far less helpful setup than Samsung's SM226BW or my preferred HP L2045W, which in addition to tilting also swivels, pivots, and height adjusts - you name it - but which now is obsolete.
